We get to Magnolia often enough that the trailer knows the way.
We run out to Magnolia from the shop in Goldsboro, about 40 minutes out. Magnolia is in Duplin County, and we cover the towns around it too, including Faison, Calypso, Warsaw, Kenansville.

The sequence is the same on every floor. Diamond grind the slab down to clean, open concrete. Chase and fill the cracks the grind exposes. Pour, then topcoat. The grind is the part that decides whether the floor is still holding in ten years, which is why we own the equipment rather than renting it by the day.
Why slabs around here fail early.
Most of the failures we get called out to look at were not caused by the resin. They were caused by what the slab was doing before anyone coated it. Sandy subgrade shifts with the seasons, hairline cracks open, and a coating laid straight over them telegraphs every one of those lines back to the surface within a year.
The fix is unglamorous. Cracks get chased out into a V and filled with a rigid repair resin, pits get patched and re-ground flat, and control joints get treated so they can still move without splitting the finish above them. None of that photographs well and all of it is why a floor is still holding in ten years.
Heat matters as much as the ground does. Resin cures by chemical reaction, and a hot Magnolia garage in July shortens the working window enough to change how a metallic pour is handled. We schedule around the slab temperature rather than the calendar.

The busy stretch runs from about March through June and then again in September and October. If you want a specific week, calling a month out is the difference between getting it and waiting.
What moves the price.
Price tracks the prep, not the resin. The material cost between a simple flake floor and a showpiece metallic pour is real but modest; the hours in the grind and the repair are what change the total.
Which is why we come out and look. You get a number the day we walk the slab, and that number does not move once the work starts. Send a couple of photos and we will tell you whether we are in the right range before anybody drives anywhere.
How the two days run.
Day one is prep. Grinders and dust extraction come off the trailer and the slab gets taken down to clean concrete, then the cracks and pits that the grind exposes get chased out and filled. It is loud and it is dusty, and it is most of the labor in the job. Day two is the pour and the topcoat, which is the fast half.
The room has to be completely empty the morning we start, because we grind the whole slab rather than working around things. Light foot traffic is fine the next morning. Vehicles go back on at day three or four depending on how warm it is, and rushing that is the one shortcut that will mark a brand new floor.

How much dust does the grinding make?
Less than people picture. The grinder runs into a dust extractor at the tool, so it is captured where it is made. It is not zero, and we sheet off doorways, but it does not fill the house.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single-bay garage, a laundry room, a set of counters. Small work is a good share of the schedule and it is how most people try us before a bigger job.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, and it is worth reading rather than framing. Ask when we quote and we will tell you plainly what it covers and what it does not.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season. Spring and fall fill first. Call and we will tell you honestly where you would land rather than telling you what you want to hear.
What if I already have a coating that is failing?
That is a normal starting point. It comes off in the grind, and what is underneath decides what the job actually is. We would rather find that on day one than after.
